Volunteering

The New Democrats in Mississauga – and especially Mississauga South – are active members of their community. These individuals take it upon themselves to get involved and work to make our city a better place for everyone. This is why my volunteers have joined my campaign. The biggest part of any party is the people who support it. In the event of an election, volunteers are one of the most essential parts of any campaign. I see my relationship with volunteers as a win-win situation. On one hand, their time and commitment helps me reach residents of my riding and make my campaign a success. On the other hand, I help them develop their leadership skills that require organization, networking and public speaking. Join the NDP

Another way to get involved with the riding and the NDP is by joining as a member. This entitles you to newsletters and information about the party activity. You can also vote at local, provincial and federal meetings, conventions, or leadership contests. The cost of membership is only $25 per year (tax-deductible), but the benefits are far greater.
